The Lovely Picture Shop

As a regular train traveler between Penzance and Brighton in the UK,  I am always armed with the newspapers and earphones; however, they usually remain untouched. Instead, you’ll find me one of the rare passengers who simply gazes out of the window for the whole journey. I see foxes running through green fields, kestrels hovering, deer fleeing into the woods, the purple shock of a bluebell wood as we flash past.

It’s this same observant approach I take when I venture out with my camera. Through ‘The Lovely Picture Shop’, I hope to share with you some of those so easily missed, precious moments and cameos in life’s otherwise frenetic rush. I hope you will find in my pictures a moment of stillness and a different window on the world.
